About me
I have lived in Berlin since 1971 and I grew up in former West Berlin. I have lived through the time of the division and have experienced the break down of the Berlin Wall firsthand.
Like all Berliners, I love traveling. My favorite destinations are Asia, Africa and North America, where I spent a year at the University of California in Santa Barbara. Back in Berlin, I earned my degree in art history and started working for art galleries and artists in Berlin.
After the birth of my two children, I became qualified as a guide in Berlin and Potsdam. Since 2001, I accompany all kinds of groups, from students to board members, family reunions, elderly and school children. It is exciting and fulfilling to show people “my city”. My aim is to give you the best, most comfortable and stimulating time here in Berlin. Enjoy your holidays!
